For winter months the chalet is provided with underfloor heating and convector heaters. In the summer the numerous doors to balconies and garden will ensure that the chalet will stay cool.

The chalets are mirror images of each other. Below are the details of one chalet:

The chalet has an integral garage and carport. There is also parking on the drive and exterior lighting.

GROUND FLOOR

HALL – Hanging area for coats and boot storage. Leading off the hall is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. From here there is a door leading to the garage where skis can be kept.

BEDROOM ONE – This room has a double bed, built in wardrobe with hanging space and shelves, dressing table bedside tables and lamps. It looks out to the garden. Door leading to:

ENSUITE BATHROOM – with bath with shower over, glass shower screen, sink and w.c.

From the hall stairs lead up to:

FIRST FLOOR

THE LANDING – opens into the stunning double height living/dining room, which in turn leads into the kitchen.

CLOAKROOM – with w.c. and sink

The dining area opens up into the :

THE LIVING ROOM – This is a magnificent double height room which stretches the length of the chalet. The living room section at the front is at first floor level and has French windows on to a balcony, with beautiful views across the valley. The living room has a large L-shape settee and a second settee which converts into a double sofabed. There are tables, lamps, rug, etc. There is a TV with DVD player. We have a selection of DVDs for all ages, however the TV is tuned into UK terrestrial channels, such as BBC/ITV. There is also a CD player. The rear of the room is at ground floor level as the garden slopes up the side of the chalet. This is the dining area, which also has double doors opening on the garden and veranda, with table and chairs for al fresco dining. The dining area has large extending dining table which can seat 12 comfortably.

The dining area opens up into the:

KITCHEN – this is fitted with a large fridge/freezer, hob and oven with extractor, sink and dishwasher. You will find it well equipped for cooking meals and there is ample china, glasses, etc. for 12

BEDROOM TWO – is a double bedroom with double bed, built in wardrobe with hanging space and shelves, bedside tables, lights etc. Views across the valley to the mountain of Criou.

ENSUITE BATHROOM - bath with shower over, glass shower screen, sink & w.c.

SECOND FLOOR

The galleried landing looks down on the living room.

BEDROOM THREE – is a double bedroom with twin beds, built in wardrobe with hanging space and shelves, bedside tables & lamps, door leading to balcony with views across the valley.

BEDROOM FOUR – Is a large bedroom with bunk beds and a single bed. A truckle bed can be pulled out for an additional bed in this room. There is a wardrobe with shelves and hanging space, sideboard with drawers and shelves, bedside table, lamps, etc. Door to balcony with view of rear of garden, pool and hill behind.

LARGE BATHROOM – bath with shower over, glass shower screen, w.c. and sink

N.B. The chalet has been equipped with families in mind.
BUNK ROOM – For families with children it can be inconvenient to use the sofabed and so we can offer you use of the bunk room instead. This is a good sized room accessed from the ensuite bathroom and turns the ground floor bedroom and bunk room in to a family suite. The room has bunk beds, bedside table and lamp, chest of drawers. Please note there is no outside window in this room.
A travel cot, highchair and buggy are available for those visiting with young children.
